Bookings and refund policy
If you wish to make a booking in person or on the phone, we require a non-refundable full payment or £30 deposit per person for all packages and treatments. Please call us on 01628 304496 or come in at any time. Alternatively, you can use our online booking system. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when
booking all packages and treatments. In the rare event that our massage therapists become unavailable, we may have to get in touch to reschedule your booking.
Our massage therapists are trained to the highest standard and respect all boundaries. During the treatment, feel free to speak up on anything you would like to be different, more or less pressure. Your comfort is the most important thing, and your therapist is there for you.
Please note that if you are late to your appointment, we will only have the remaining time allocated. Amendments, change of heart or inability to attend the booking requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Every effort will be made to reschedule to a more convenient time. In the event that you change your mind, or are unable to attend your booking, credit will be offered when a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. Failure to give notice will result in your deposit being held or the full amount being charged. All payments are non-refundable.
A £25 fee is applicable for any laser treatments that are not attended or cancelled/amended within 48 hours of appointment.
