What to expect

On your first visit, you will be required to fill out a consultation form which consists of a general health check. This is to ensure we can best look after you during your experience with us.

The recommended time spent in each of our facilities (such as the dry sauna and steam room) is 15 minutes at any one time. The use of henna, hair dye, mud masks, creams, oils or cosmetics, nail clipping, any kind of hair removal, running and sexual activity are not permitted anywhere in Hamam and body scrubbing is only permitted in our Hamam Room. Please use lockers provided as we accept no responsibility for the personal belongings of our guests and they are left at your own risk – we recommend that you leave valuables at home. If you observe any misconduct, please report it to a member of staff. The use of your own electrical items is not permitted anywhere in our facilities.

CCTV is in operation for the security and safety of our guests and staff. It is not in any of our Hamam and treatment rooms, but is in reception and in communal areas.

Refreshing ice-cold water will be regularly served to you by one of our coordinators throughout your experience. If you require any assistance, or have any questions, please feel free to let them know as they are always happy to help.

You may wish to hold a conversation with the therapist during a treatment such as a back massage, but do not feel obliged to do so – our therapists are trained to recognise when a customer wants to be silent and simply enjoy their treatment.

Please see our opening hours for our Ladies’, Gents’, and Couples’ timetables. On Ladies’ Days, all staff at About Moi are female.
